There are two ways you can request your prescription:
Email:
Send an email to [email protected] and provide your full name, date of birth and the medication you require. The medication will then be sent to your pharmacy in 2 working days.
Pharmacy:
You can contact your pharmacy so they can request your medication in your behalf. They will send the surgery requests monthly, so all you need to do is collect your medication from the pharmacy once its ready.
